Webdoc and Curoflow integrate to enable frictionless digiphysical care

Carasent and Curoflow are two Swedish companies delivering digital solutions to the healthcare sector, both with a clear focus on streamlining care workflows and processes. Carasent is the provider of the web-based electronic health record system Webdoc. In spring 2022, Carasent and Curoflow launched a development project to integrate the EHR system with Curoflow’s platform for digiphysical patient encounters. The integration is now live and enables seamless data flow between Curoflow and Webdoc.

The integration introduces several practical features between the Curoflow platform and the Webdoc EHR system:

Export auto-generated journal notes from Curoflow to Webdoc
Patients can respond to condition-specific questions through dynamic forms in Curoflow. The form tool then automatically generates free text for reason for contact, anamnesis, and status—tailored to real journal note structures. Providers can edit the text and add assessments and actions before exporting the note to Webdoc with a single click. When a patient is searched in Curoflow, the corresponding profile opens automatically in Webdoc—minimizing the risk of errors and reducing duplicate work.

Calendar event mirroring, including notes
When a meeting or event is scheduled in either Curoflow or Webdoc, it is automatically mirrored in the other system—notes included.

Single sign-on
Allows for simultaneous login to both Curoflow and Webdoc.
