Curoflow Launches EHR System for the Next Step in Healthcare Digitalization

Curoflow today announces the launch of its new medical records system, developed to support healthcare providers in delivering more cohesive, accessible, and digitally integrated care. The records system is part of Curoflow’s healthcare platform and will be available from February 23, 2026.

The new system has been developed to address the need for modern medical records solutions that better support today’s care workflows, where digital and in-person interventions are frequently combined. The focus has been on simplifying documentation, creating structure in care processes, and enabling more efficient collaboration across different parts of the healthcare system.

“The medical records system is at the core of clinical work, yet is often experienced as an obstacle rather than a support. Our ambition has been to develop a records system built around the actual ways healthcare professionals work, and that functions seamlessly alongside digital care services”, says Alexander Knezevic, CEO, Curoflow.

A central element of the records system is its integration with Curoflow’s broader ecosystem of services, such as the patient portal, payment module, and marketing tools. By eliminating the need for inadequate integrations, the result is more cohesive care with reduced administration and improved quality.

In developing the records system, Curoflow has focused on ensuring it functions as part of a unified digital ecosystem. Through structured record-keeping and integrated workflows, the system is designed to give healthcare staff a complete picture of a patient’s contact with the care system, regardless of channel. The goal is to contribute to better continuity, reduced administration, and higher quality in the care encounter.

The launch of the new records system comes against the backdrop of an ongoing transformation of healthcare, where digital solutions are increasingly expected to support both working environments and organizational development. In this context, Curoflow aims to offer a records system developed for both today’s and tomorrow’s healthcare — with a focus on usability, cohesive care flows, and the conditions for new ways of working.
