Curoflow signs framework agreement with Praktikertjänst – strengthening the digitalization of Swedish healthcare

Curoflow has signed a framework agreement with Praktikertjänst, Sweden’s largest healthcare provider in privately operated dental care and health and medical care. The agreement means that Praktikertjänst’s healthcare units can now choose Curoflow’s digital healthcare platform as an option for developing and streamlining their patient flows.

Praktikertjänst has long been actively working with digitalization and offers its healthcare units support in choosing modern digital solutions. By procuring Curoflow in its framework agreement, the possibilities are broadened for healthcare units to choose a platform that meets both current and future demands for accessibility, patient safety, and efficiency.

Curoflow offers a cohesive digital healthcare platform that, under the framework agreement, includes triage with medical history and status assessment, a patient portal, video and chat consultations, booking, payments, and integration capabilities – all in one system.

“Our nurses, doctors, and physiotherapists need to be able to digitalize by choosing individual or complete, comprehensive functionality. The needs vary across the many regions where we operate, but also depend on the local offering and patients’ preferred method of contact. We strive to ensure that the toolbox for chat, video, messaging, and triage is sharp and keeps pace with what is available on the market. Therefore, we welcome the new framework agreement with Curoflow and see that the opportunity for patient contact of continued very high quality has been further improved,” says Carl-Olof Veraeus, Head of Digital Development at Praktikertjänst.

The framework agreement means that Praktikertjänst’s operations can now choose to implement Curoflow’s platform according to an agreed implementation model, which simplifies and enables an accelerated adoption of digital working methods.

“Being procured by Praktikertjänst is a strong recognition of the work we have put into building a modern, secure, and cohesive healthcare platform. We look forward to supporting their operations in reducing administration, improving the patient experience, and creating more efficient care flows,” says Alexander Knezevic, founder and CEO of Curoflow.

The increased freedom of choice within the framework agreement reflects a broader development in healthcare, where the need for flexible, integrated, and scalable solutions continues to grow in line with increasing demands for accessibility and quality.
