AccessCare is a healthcare provider delivering advanced medical care at home (ASiH) on behalf of Region Stockholm. Their multidisciplinary team – including doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, dietitians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and counsellors – visits patients in their homes for examinations and treatments.
