Curoflow Launches Calendar Integration with TakeCare in Stockholm

TakeCare, developed by CGM, is a healthcare information system widely used by Region Stockholm and private providers operating under public healthcare contracts. Until now, healthcare professionals using both TakeCare for medical records and Curoflow for digital care had to manage two separate scheduling systems, leading to unnecessary duplication and inefficiency.

With this new integration, Curoflow connects directly to TakeCare’s scheduling module, streamlining workflows between the platforms. Any calendar updates made in one system are automatically synced in the other. Since Curoflow mirrors the TakeCare calendar, providers can now offer patients a seamless online booking experience via Curoflow’s public-facing booking tool. Patients can view all available time slots, book, cancel, or reschedule appointments based on their preferences — helping to reduce no-shows and administrative workload.
