Aurora teleQ is a communication solution that simplifies appointment scheduling and patient interaction. It reduces the need for constant phone monitoring and shortens call queues for patients. All incoming cases are collected in a clear interface and can be managed across multiple channels—telephony often being the primary one. Today, TeleQ is used by both private and public healthcare providers throughout Sweden.

The integration between Aurora teleQ and Curoflow enables you to work in both systems simultaneously. Patient cases submitted via Curoflow’s portal appear directly in TeleQ, and cases created in TeleQ are visible in the Curoflow interface. No matter which system you’re using, you’ll get a unified view and can switch between cases with a single click.

You can also redirect phone calls to your digital patient portal. With a keypad option, patients can receive an SMS link and continue the conversation digitally via Curoflow. This reduces pressure on phone queues, allows you to handle more patients in less time, and improves documentation with auto-generated status updates and anamnesis. The ongoing dialogue continues seamlessly in Curoflow’s asynchronous chat.
