This integration significantly reduces duplicate work and saves valuable time for healthcare providers who work digiphysically (digitally and physically) across both systems. Bookings are now mirrored in both calendars \u2014 including cancellations and reschedules.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"948\">\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"case-text  text-black pt-0 pb-6 lg:pb-12\">\n    <div class=\"wysiwyg article font-medium leading-[1.5]\"><p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"948\">TakeCare, developed by CGM, is a healthcare information system widely used by Region Stockholm and private providers operating under public healthcare contracts. Until now, healthcare professionals using both TakeCare for medical records and Curoflow for digital care had to manage two separate scheduling systems, leading to unnecessary duplication and inefficiency.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1498\">With this new integration, Curoflow connects directly to TakeCare\u2019s scheduling module, streamlining workflows between the platforms. Any calendar updates made in one system are automatically synced in the other. Since Curoflow mirrors the TakeCare calendar, providers can now offer patients a seamless online booking experience via Curoflow\u2019s public-facing booking tool. Patients can view all available time slots, book, cancel, or reschedule appointments based on their preferences \u2014 helping to reduce no-shows and administrative workload.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"2030\">\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"2030\">\u201cThis calendar integration will result in significant time savings for our users.
