AccessCare boosts patient access with Curoflow<\/h1>\n

AccessCare is a healthcare provider delivering advanced medical care at home (ASiH) on behalf of Region Stockholm. Their multidisciplinary team \u2013 including doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, dietitians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and counsellors \u2013 visits patients in their homes for examinations and treatments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

AccessCare needed a more streamlined and accessible way for patients and their families to quickly reach the right healthcare professional.
